Andy McVittie
Andy McVitte has over 31 years of climbing experience , 15+ years of coaching experience and 4+ years as a full-time climbing physio.
Andy has also written The Self-Rehabbed Climber, this book provides an up-to-date, easy-to-understand, flexible, framework for self-rehabilitation of some of the most common climbing injuries.
As well as this Andy has also designed and produced training tools and aids such as the Unlevel Edge and Flexor Pulley Splints. For more info check out his website linked below.

Esther Foster
Esther Foster climbed for the past 20 years throughout the UK and internationally. Esther has climbed E5, 8a and V11.
Esther also is a director for the Women’s Climbing Symposium, delivers courses for the British Mountaineering Council (BMC) and trains and assess’ s climbing qualifications for Mountain Training.

Ian Dunn
Climbing for over 48 years, Ian has experience of all climbing disciplines.
With over 100 first ascents to his name in the UK, he has also climbed throughout Europe, Asia and in the USA.
Ian was the Manager of The GB Junior Lead Climbing Team from 2010 to 2017 and has been a GB Team Coach from 2008 to 2020.
He has participated in and won competitions and considers climbing Revelations 8b at Ravens Tor to be his hardest route.
